How does action management work?
This article will show the steps on how action management works, showing a nonAdmin users creating an action, which then can be handled by an Admin user.
NonAdmin triggering an Action
A non-admin user might trigger an action on the system by attempting to change the status of a client, or by requesting a client review to the Compliance Officer in the firm.
How does an admin deal with an Action?
When an admin goes into the action management system, there are three tabs. The first is 'Unassigned' where someone will need to be assigned to the action in order to deal with it. The second is 'Your Actions' where you can see any actions that you are assigned to. And lastly is 'Completed' where you can look at completed actions.
All actions are logged in the history log.
