How Does It Work?

Identify The Organisation 

Using our organisational lookup feature, pre-screen commercial clients and send them a link or text to begin the onboarding.

Aquire Documents

Pre-select the officers you need to onboard or allow your clients to select themselves. Our platform will then request specific documentation such as Photo ID, and a liveness test from everyone for identification. Company documents will also be available to directly download from Companies House within your firm’s client tab, along with a section for conducting risk assessments.

Verify and Monitoring 

Our platform will verify each of the selected officers from the provided documentation and images, combined with reliable independent sources. The verified beneficial owners will be matched and displayed within the organisation structure. You will also be alerted to any organisational changes of the company according to your specified alert parameters.
