How Does It Work?

Report Client

Submit a form to your compliance team requesting a client review. Include key details for your reasoning to help when making  Suspicious Activity Reports.

Take Action

All reports are sent to the compliance team or other specified groups, where the client is reviewed, and the result is documented.

Escalate if necessary

All confirmed suspicious activity should be reported to the NCA. Track ongoing investigations and document each SAR report within the client profile which is accessible only to the compliance team and system administrators.
